Be Happy card

A group of us were challenged to make a card/layout using the following sketch:
I decided to challenge myself with colours as well and used a lot of the colours that cheer me up.  Given the current weather difficulties we are all experiencing, I suppose this card represents happier times and sunshine.  Would not normally make something this bright - but hey, that's what challenges are about . . . arent they?
